  • The Two-Day Core Training is an immersive introduction to the philosophy and practice of Kingian Nonviolence. Participants explore Dr. King’s Six Principles and Six Steps while gaining practical tools for conflict analysis, emotional regulation, and constructive communication. Through interactive exercises, dialogue, and real-world application, attendees learn how to de-escalate tension, address root causes of conflict, and respond to challenges with courage and clarity. This foundational experience equips educators and community leaders with a shared language and framework for building cultures of peace—serving as the essential first step toward deeper certification and long-term transformation.

  • The Train the Trainer Certification equips participants to move from learning Kingian Nonviolence to confidently teaching it. After completing the Two-Day Core Training, participants deepen their mastery of Dr. King’s Six Principles and Six Steps, practice facilitation skills, and refine their understanding of the curriculum through guided rehearsal and feedback. The training culminates in a hands-on practicum where participants plan and lead their own full Two-Day Core Training for community members, ensuring they graduate not only prepared to teach but having already successfully done so.

  • Level II is an advanced, implementation-focused training designed for educators and community leaders who are ready to transition from facilitation to full program leadership. Participants learn how to launch, sustain, and scale a comprehensive Peacemaker program within their school or district. This training equips leaders with practical systems for student recruitment and leadership development, staff engagement, scheduling, data tracking, and long-term sustainability planning. Rooted in Dr. King’s philosophy of nonviolence, Level II empowers participants to embed a culture of peace into the fabric of their school community—transforming not just individual students, but the overall climate and relationships across the entire system. You will also see how we contextualize the Kingian curriculum for youth as Level II takes place in conjunction with the youth’s Peacemaker Academy.
